Privacy Policy

FotoZoomer has a firm commitment to safeguarding your privacy. The data protection laws are designed to protect individuals about whom information is entered and stored on computers and other systems. Accordingly, there are strict standards of accuracy, relevance, and care of such data including how it may be divulged. Any data about individuals you enter onto the applications directly or include in any message to us will be subject to these laws and you are responsible for its accuracy and relevance and must have the authority to disclose it and for us to utilize it for the purposes of any transaction concluded for or by you through this applications or for our other internal business uses.

The terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into, and considered part of, these Terms.

The applications will request or collect information about your location when you use the applications “locate kiosk” feature. The applications may also collect information regarding what content you send through the applications and who you send it to (“Transmission Data”). The applications may also use cookies in order to facilitate your use of the applications. Any login credentials (if required) you provide to the applications will be encrypted. Furthermore, FotoZoomer will not collect data from any user of the applications except relating to, for example, the number of images transferred or shared and the services to which they were transferred (“Aggregate Data”). FotoZoomer will only use the Aggregate Data to assess the overall use of the applications by customers in order to determine how the applications are being used and how it and other products can be improved.

FotoZoomer may share Aggregate Data with vendors who assist FotoZoomer in providing its products and services; with third party business partners with whom FotoZoomer provides joint promotions; with FotoZoomer affiliated companies, including any parent or subsidiaries of FotoZoomer; and FotoZoomer may share Aggregate Data if FotoZoomer believe it is necessary to comply with legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, etc.), or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; if FotoZoomer believes it would potentially mitigate FotoZoomers’ liability in an actual or potential lawsuit; if FotoZoomer believes it is permitted by law or if doing so will not violate the law; or if FotoZoomer believes it is otherwise necessary to protect FotoZoomer rights or property; or is necessary to protect the interests of other users of the software. In the unlikely event that all or part of the FotoZoomer business entity is sold or acquired by a third party, FotoZoomer will transfer such information to the new business owner.
