As a member of the FotoZoomer family, we are dedicated to making sure you receive the help you need as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a problem or would like assistance with our solutions, feel to contact us.

FotoZoomer offers three avenues for getting help:

1. Support ticket system: In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket so that we may respond.
2. Phone: Our phone number is (702) 485-4421. We can be reached by phone Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time.
3. Email: Our support email is: support@fotozoomer.com. Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM and Saturday from 8AM-12PM (Pacific Time).

Please note that a ticket will be created on your behalf when using any of these three options so that we may document support requests.

Annual Software and Support – This option allows you access to phone and email support, as well as software upgrades.
Annual Software and Support (3-month recurring) – Same as above, split into three monthly payments.
